What is the Energy Leadership Index Assessment?

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way you view the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.  Think of it as a tool that reveals what filters you’ve developed throughout your life and how they affect you.  And, it’s only available through an iPEC Certified Coach!

You might be familiar with personality tests like Myers Briggs, DiSC, or Enneagram.

These valuable tools can help you understand your strengths, embrace your weaknesses, and discover how you can work to your full potential. In that way, they support a “work with what you have” approach to adapting your behavior and pursuing personal excellence.

The ELI, on the other hand, is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life.

Personality tests are objective and measure actions.  The ELI is subjective, and measures the consciousness behind the actions, or why we do things the way we do.

With the awareness and insights gained through the post-assessment illumination session,
clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and “transform their lives from where they are now to where they’d LOVE to be.”

This tool gives us the power to make the sustainable changes we truly desire, to create healthier, happier, more fulfilled lives.

The ELI assessment and personally-tailored illumination session, help you look closely at where, and how you are investing your energy. This way, you can adjust your actions to more fully support your goals!

These insights, along with coaching from an iPEC Certified Professional Coach, often boost creativity, communication, and overall satisfaction with career and finances. As an individual, you’re likely to see transformations in your health & wellness, relationships, and confidence level as well!

Once a person identifies their personal energy drains, they can choose to make adjustments that allow them to reclaim that energy, and refocus it on what’s really important to them.

The ELI assessment and the Energetic Self Perception Chart (below) were developed by Bruce D Schneider, the founder of iPEC Coaching.

Both the ELI assessment and the above chart are based on the concept that the highest levels of energy are anabolic – meaning thy help build or create – and the lowest levels are catabolic –  meaning they will eventually break down, and have a generally negative effect.

At your personalized post-assessment illumination session, you’ll discover the percentage of each of the 7 energy levels that you typically experience under the “normal” circumstances in your life, and also how your energy shows up under stress.  We’ll talk about the assessment itself, the advantages and disadvantages of each of the seven levels of energy, and we’ll discuss some ways you can use this information to experience more fulfillment and satisfaction in any aspect of your life.

You’ll also discover your Average Resonating Level of Energy (A.R.L.), which represents the average of all your energy levels, under normal circumstances and under stress.

The ELI Assessment paired with certified professional coaching can help you discover a clear path to your work and life goals—and likely, a higher A.R.L.

A study from over 30,000 participants shows that people with higher A.R.L.’s are statistically more satisfied with all aspects of their lives—from relationships and personal freedom to communication skills and leadership ability.

Higher levels of satisfaction await.  Power, purpose, and passion await.
More joy and fulfillment await.
