I’m a lifelong explorer of what helps us feel more fully alive.<\/strong>

For more than two decades, I’ve worked with people through massage, energy work, coaching, and sound\u2014always fascinated by the connection between the body, the nervous system, our energy, and the way we experience our lives.

Along the way, I realized I wasn’t interested in helping people become a whole new person.

I’m much more interested in helping them come back to who they already are\u2014to the divine energy at their core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s the heart of my practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Path That Chose Me<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking back, I can see that Energy Alchemy has been the thread running through my entire life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It started with movement. When my kids were little, I became an aerobics instructor and discovered how quickly music and movement could shift the energy in a room. People would arrive tired or frazzled and leave feeling lighter, more alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then came massage. In 2007, I became a certified massage therapist, and I fell in love with the simple, powerful way touch can help the body release tension and the whole person feel more at ease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Years later, I added energy coaching, where I learned to work with the thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that either drain our energy or help us create more of it from the inside out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even my photography became part of the journey. I’ve always been drawn to those quiet moments in nature that make you stop, breathe, and feel something shift within you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then came sound.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

I attended my first sound bath and was completely captivated. The ocean drum spoke to me so deeply that I ordered one that very day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeremy likes to say that the ocean drum was my gateway drug. Because one instrument led to another\u2014drums, bowls, chimes, a gong. Then more chimes, another gong and more bowls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was mesmerized by the extraordinary way sound can create an immediate shift in our energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suddenly, I could see the thread weaving my entire life together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All those years of exploring movement, touch, energy, stillness, and connection had been leading me here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I didn’t choose Energy Alchemy. It chose me.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why Sound?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound resonates more deeply than words.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

You don’t have to understand it. You don’t have to believe in anything. You don’t have to know how to \u201cdo it right.\u201d You simply have to be willing to stop for a while to breathe, be, and receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I play the instruments, I’m not trying to make something happen. I’m creating a space where we can soften, settle, and hear what\u2019s beneath the noise of everyday life\u2014the wisdom at your core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound bathing is a doorway.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Into presence.
Into clarity.
Into your inner knowing that often gets buried beneath all the doing, thinking, worrying, and striving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And sometimes, in that quiet, you remember something you already knew: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are not broken.
You do not need fixing.
Your core energy is divine.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The more space you allow yourself to marinate in your true essence\u2014your divine light\u2014the more naturally you begin to live, speak, create, and love from the authentic truth that is uniquely you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What greater gift could you give yourself than coming home to your core vibration?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Little More about Cyndi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

When I\u2019m not playing singing bowls or creating space for people to slow down and reconnect, you\u2019ll probably find me hanging out with Jeremy and our dogs, planning our next adventure, or wandering somewhere beautiful with my camera. I\u2019m a huge foodie, and I love when my grown kids come over for Mom\u2019s cooking and family game day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m completely crazy about Croatia\u2014so much so that planning, thinking about, and making reservations for travel is one of my favorite ways to spend time. I even find great joy in helping other people plan trips to Croatia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a deep love for landscape and seascape photography. After more than four decades in Northern California, I\u2019m still captivated by the elegant lines of Bay Area bridges, the crashing surf of the California coast, and the stunning beauty of our state and national parks. Nature lifts my spirit, and photography is one of the ways I share that sense of wonder with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My intention with my photography is the same as my intention with my life and my practice: to lift the spirit, raise the vibe, awaken wonder, and remind us that there is beauty all around us.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
