It’s just that along the way, we\u2019ve been conditioned by the world to believe False Evidence Appearing Real, also known as FEAR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we buy into what fear tells us about who we are, what\u2019s possible, or what we deserve, our energy gets tangled, heavy, and contracted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s when something important happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A quiet hunger emerges. A longing to return to the lightness, ease, and connection of our true, divine core energy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we don\u2019t recognize that what we\u2019re really craving is energetic and spiritual connection<\/strong>, we often try to fill that hunger in other ways: food, substances. busyness, overgiving, scrolling, striving, or numbing out. None of these are \u201cwrong.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
