Why no video?  <br>Day 3 and I am having detox symptoms related to SIBO, which I have had in the past.  My theory is that when I eat foods that I am not supposed to eat, like the recent cheese incident, the intestinal bacteria flourishes.  Then I starve it of its favorite foods and the bacteria start dying off in droves causing toxic symptoms.  Just a theory from my muddled mind this morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC07827_apples.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1097\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC07827_apples.jpg 750w, https:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC07827_apples-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apples<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday on day two, we had one apple before lunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Today on day three, we eat two apples before lunch.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are also eating two apples each day after lunch and before dinner along with 1-4 dates. <strong>If you don\u2019t like dates, substitute dried or fresh grapes, figs, or mulberries.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomorrow on day 4, the morning apples go away, but after lunch, we switch from two apples, to \u201cAT LEAST\u201d two apples with our dates or date substitutes, AND we add celery sticks to the apples and dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are still hungry or \u201csnacky\u201d after dinner, turn to apples or applesauce again. If you are not making the applesauce yourself, make sure it\u2019s a high-quality organic with no preservatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blueberry Muffins<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>One of my clients is starting the cleanse today and prepped the muffins yesterday.  His look WAY better than mine, so I wanted to share his image.
