I\u2019m not talking about life threatening challenges. Simple challenges like tight schedules, endless to\u2011dos, unexpected financial shifts, and even poor nutrition cause the stress reaction to be ever-present, and it\u2019s a constant risk to our health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stress relief is a crucial piece of self-care. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color-background-color has-background\"><em>Here are three quick, effective ways to release stress, restore balance, and energize your life.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the quickest ways to calm your body is through your breath. Try this right now: inhale slowly through your nose for three counts, hold for three, exhale through your mouth for five. Repeat three times. Feel your shoulders soften?
