{"id":6024,"date":"2021-11-12T01:11:50","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T09:11:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/?p=6024"},"modified":"2022-08-10T15:28:26","modified_gmt":"2022-08-10T22:28:26","slug":"youre-fuckin-perfect","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/2021\/11\/12\/youre-fuckin-perfect\/","title":{"rendered":"You\u2019re Fuckin&#8217; Perfect"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>You&#8217;re so mean,&nbsp; <br>When you talk&nbsp; <br>About yourself, you were wrong.<br><br>Change the voices &nbsp; <br>In your head&nbsp; <br>Make them like you instead<\/p><cite>P!nk ~ Fuckin&#8217; Perfect<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I truly appreciate these lyrics.<\/strong>  If a rock goddess like P!nk can have mean voices in her head, it kinda normalizes it for the rest of us, doesn&#8217;t it? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most people have voices in our heads saying not-so-nice things.&nbsp; It\u2019s crucial to change those voices because the Universe is our mirror.&nbsp; What we believe about ourselves, is what the world will show us. <br>The voices in my head told me for years that I was ugly, fat, and stupid, and that nobody loved me.&nbsp; Needless to say during those years, I didn\u2019t feel a lot of love reflected back at me from the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because the Universe is our mirror &#8211; reflecting to each of us that which we emanate &#8211; self love is key.&nbsp; If we find it difficult to love ourselves, we won\u2019t see a lot of love reflected to us in our world, and we tend to doubt those who express love and friendship to us.&nbsp; If we cannot see ourselves as capable of achieving, or worthy of receiving close relationships, financial success, or desired body composition, then the Universe reflects that back to us.&nbsp; It\u2019s a self-fulfilling prophecy.&nbsp; We achieve what we believe we are capable of achieving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mean things we say often focus on our perceived imperfections. Common examples include but are in no way limited to: <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>My body is not perfect. <\/li><li>My relationship is not perfect. <\/li><li>My job is not perfect. <\/li><li>My education is not enough to change careers\/get promoted. <\/li><li>I am not capable of earning more. <\/li><li>I am not worthy of being loved.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Who could love me?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Release perfectionism by accepting that you&#8217;re already fucking perfect.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Crazy! Right? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>But what if everything we identify as our own shortcoming or imperfection is actually <\/strong><em><strong>PERFECT<\/strong><\/em><strong> for us?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> What if each one is a gift, a golden opportunity to grow in some way that our soul wants us to grow?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What if every &#8220;imperfection&#8221; is an opportunity to learn that: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>our true power doesn\u2019t lie in creating a body we can love, but in loving and caring for the body we are in, despite what flaws we may perceive. <\/li><li>our true power doesn\u2019t lie in attracting the right partner so we feel loved, but in loving ourselves so completely that every relationship allows us to feel loved and supported. <\/li><li>our true power doesn\u2019t lie in earning enough money to be happy, but in being happy while earning money.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What if the ultimate power in the universe is gifting us an opportunity to show ourselves love and kindness?  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What will change if we see our \u201cimperfections\u201d as perfect opportunities here at Life University?&nbsp; What will change when we accept that we are perfect, just as we are, fabulous flaws and all?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"614\" src=\"https:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/perfect-1024x614.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6030\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/perfect-1024x614.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/perfect-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/perfect-768x461.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cyndicombs.com\/coaching\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/perfect.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grow on!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>How possible is it to accept perceived  flaws or imperfections as an invitation for soul growth?<\/li><li>What lesson is your soul asking you to learn?<\/li><li>What will the voices in YOUR head say when you make them like you instead?
