Hello Beautiful Sister!

I’m Cyndi Combs.

I’m THRILLED you’re here!

I’m passionate about supporting women in returning to freedom, flow, and radiance, especially where food, digestion, and energy have felt heavy.

So life can feel lighter again.

My entire life has been leading me to my passion and my purpose of helping other women reconnect with their power, confidence, and the energy that allows life to feel lighter and more vibrant.

My life was shaped by experiences that taught me, again and again, what it truly means to heal, soften, and to find my way back to my core energy and inner light in moments that once felt overwhelming.

Some of the experiences that have shaped my path include:

Releasing alcohol and sugar dependence, which taught me the deep relief that comes from letting go of something I once believed I could never release. With the right support, understanding, and encouragement, I learned that power can be reclaimed even from patterns that once felt bigger than me.

Navigating lumbar disc issues, which showed me the importance of core strength, patience, and breaking large goals into small, manageable steps. Healing happened not through force, but through consistency, care, and trusting the process.

Healing digestive challenges, including IBS, SIBO, and diverticulitis, taught me how deeply stress, inflammation, food sensitivities, and structural issues are connected. Through this process, I learned to truly listen to my body, release what no longer servs me, and restore health and energy by nourishing my mind and spirit as well as my body.

Releasing toxic self-criticism and low self-esteem — patterns deeply embedded in our culture and often quietly internalized — changed everything for me. If this resonates, please know you are not alone.

Learning to soften the inner critic and replace it with compassion and confidence changed everything for me. It’s become one of the most meaningful ways I support others—helping them trade a voice that dims their light for an inner cheerleader who sees their magic, and reminds them how amazing they are.

Healing my relationship with food became a turning point for me. Even while supporting others, I was still using food to soothe myself and struggling with after-dinner overeating. I felt powerless and ashamed, convinced something was wrong with me.

At the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, I discovered a new way of relating to food rooted in awareness, nervous system regulation, and self-trust. Within months, the compulsive behaviors faded. I learned to trust my appetite, make choices without judging myself, and feel at ease even when choosing to eat off-plan.

As my energy returned, I found myself listening for other ways to sustain ease, flow, and freedom.

Sound Healing entered my life through a coach I hired to help shift my business energy. It wasn’t meant to become a direction for my practice, but rather a way to rest, regulate, and remember myself beneath the noise. It appealed to me instantly because it offers a kind of relief that doesn’t require effort, analysis, or fixing anything.

As an energy coach, I experienced sound as an energy elevator. You arrive exactly where you are and are gently transported to the highest vibration available to you in that moment.

The recorded sound baths she shared were deeply nourishing for my body and mind, which led me to buy an ocean drum so I could experience the vibrations in person. I was instantly hooked. From there, sound naturally wove its way into my practice as a powerful complement to energy-shifting conversation.

Conversation helps us name what’s present for us, and sound helps the body release what it’s been holding. Together, they create space for integration, flow, and a return to one’s core energy.

For some people, sound is the doorway. For others, it deepens the journey. Either way, it offers a way to reconnect with ease, energy, and the quiet intelligence already living within the body.

Now I live with more energy, clarity, and ease, and I am passionate about supporting women in returning to freedom, flow, and radiance, especially where food, digestion, and energy have felt heavy
—so life can feel lighter again.

This comes from lived experience.

If you’re feeling the pull to reconnect with your own vitality, confidence, and inner knowing, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you.

I have a deep passion for landscape and seascape photography. I’ve lived in Northern California for more than four decades, and I’m endlessly inspired by the elegant lines of Bay Area bridges, the crashing surf of California’s coastline, and the stunning beauty of our state and national parks.

I’m uplifted by the splendor of nature and find real joy in capturing it through my lens. Beaches, bridges, waterfalls, and medieval cities with stone walls inspire me and call to my spirit.

My intention with my photography is always to lift the spirit and inspire a sense of wonder.
