What is sound healing?
Using instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and bells, sound becomes an environment that supports deep relaxation, improves energy flow, and calms the nervous system.
Because the human body is mostly water, sound moves through us with ease. Vibrations help release tension, quiet the mind, and gently shift stagnant or depleted energy. Many people experience their energy reorganizing at a core level. From this relaxed state, insight, creativity, and emotional resilience naturally emerge.
People are drawn to sound healing for many reasons:
deep rest · energy reset · stress relief · emotional shift · vibrational lift
There is no wrong way to experience sound. Each session meets you exactly where you are.

Every Sound Bath Is Different
No two sound baths are ever the same, and neither is the group experiencing them, which means the collective energy in the room is always shifting. I play the instruments as guided by intuition, and that intuition follows the energy present in the moment.
What your body is holding changes. What you need shifts from week to week, or day to day.
Sometimes a bowl that felt soothing one session may feel intense the next. Sometimes the gong feels exactly right in the moment. Sometimes the ocean drum becomes your favorite because it helps move something that was stuck.
Sound healing works in a deeply personal way. Your nervous system responds based on what you’re currently processing. One day you might feel sensitive to a particular frequency, and another day that same sound feels grounding or empowering. Your body knows where support is needed and responds in the way that serves you best in that moment.
Sound Healing Is an Art
We’re not trying to force specific outcomes or recreate any experience in exactly the same way. Part of the magic is allowing the body to receive what it needs in real time.
Sometimes it’s deeply restful. Sometimes it’s powerful. Sometimes it’s both. All of it is valid.
You’re always encouraged to listen to your body, and welcome to shift positions, take a breath, or adjust in any way that feels supportive. There is no wrong or right. There is no “perfect” experience.
There is only your experience, exactly as it is. Just lie back, breathe, and receive.
