Bring a yoga mat or beach towel to lie on, and what you need to feel comfortable like blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, and any crystals you’d like charged.
Shut off your phone, get quiet, listen, and feel the healing vibrations. No need to consciously respond or react. Sound baths provide a deep rest and release that you may not have been able to find on your own. We are energy beings. The singing bowls work directly with the energy from the universe to channel that energy into our body to enliven our being.
