We want you to understand that you are a powerful creator and you have the ability to be or do or have anything that you desire. But, you have got to begin by creating a vibrational atmosphere or vibrational climate or vibrational nucleus. Make yourself the vibrational starting point.
When you start in a gentle place of non-resistance… (Jesus called it meek. “The meek shall inherit the earth.”) When you are in this place of soft non-resistant vibrational Well-being, everything that you desire will come into your experience.

After reading the quote above, it’s clear that alignment isn’t something we can force. It’s something we return to. Alignment begins when we allow our nervous system to relax.
Most of us try to create change from our logical mind: thinking harder, planning better, pushing forward. But the mind is often the place where resistance lives. Your body, on the other hand, already knows how to align with core energy. It knows how to relax into well-being when given the right conditions.
This is where sound baths can play a powerful role.
Sound vibrations move beneath conscious thought. Sound doesn’t ask you to understand, analyze, or strive. It simply moves through the air, your body, and your nervous system. Because our bodies are mostly water, vibration travels easily, getting tension to release at a cellular level, and inviting energy to reorganize itself naturally.

You allow the vibrations to carry you back to your core energy. You are aligned with the frequency of the Universe. And in this space, receiving becomes effortless, and the Universe meets you generously.
