Today I did something nurturing, empowering, and fun: I wrote a letter to my inner child.

Not a letter meant to fix something, but a letter of remembering, and coming home to my core energy.

As I wrote to little Cindy, I could feel her energy, that bright spark of divinity that used to dance through every moment with pure joy. And I felt the doubt where she learned to question her worth, her magic, her own light. And I realized something profound:
Our inner child never goes away. They simply wait for us to remember our way home to their light.

Writing to Little Cindy felt like opening a door I didn’t know had been closed, and choosing EVERY version of me with love.

As I wrote, something softened, and I felt more free.
Something unblocked my energy, and allowed it to flow.
Something restrictive dissolved, and I remembered my radiance.

Here is a small piece of what I shared with Little Cindy:

  • You are perfect beyond measure, beautiful, worthy, and wonderful.
  • Yes, little one, you will always be YOU.
And that is so much more magical than you can possibly imagine!
  • When you share your joy, and shine your light, you fulfill your purpose on Earth in miraculous ways.
  • You are safe, supported, and deeply loved exactly as you are.
  • You are valued. You are loved. You are love. You are the Light.

Writing those words to my younger self felt like offering a cozy blanket to the places inside me that once felt unworthy, wrong, or misunderstood. It felt like receiving the truest, deepest, unconditional love, and it lightened my energy tremendously.

Love Your Little. Live Your Light.

I warmly invite you to reconnect with your inner Light by writing to your inner child.

Somewhere inside you lives a little one who still holds your earliest dreams, your quiet strengths, your magic, and the needs that once went unanswered. Writing to your inner child can be one of the most healing gifts you ever offer yourself. You can speak to them from who you are today, or from the future version of you who’s already living in freedom, flow, and radiance.

Here are a some places you could choose to begin if you want to play.

1. Tell them what you see.
Name the gifts, brilliance, and magic they carried long before the world told them otherwise.
2. Offer the reassurance you wish you had heard.
Let them know they are safe, seen, soothed, and deeply valued.
3. Validate what they went through.
Say the words they needed someone to say out loud.
4. Give them hope from your future.
Tell them how far you’ve come, and how good their life feels now.
5. Promise your presence.
Let them know you’re here for them now, listening, loving, and committed to meeting their needs.

Let It Be a Love Letter!
Write gently, and honestly with your whole heart. This is not about perfect grammar or polished sentences. It’s about connection on a deep, soul-level with the part of you that has been waiting since childhood.

When you offer your inner child unconditional love, something beautiful happens:
Your inner child stops bracing.
Your nervous system softens.
Your energy rises.
Then suddenly you’re aligned, and walking hand-in-hand with the most magical, joyful part of yourself.

You May Be Amazed by What You Discover

Whether your letter is long, short, tender, fierce, poetic, or straight forward, it will be perfect. Your inner child will absorb every word, and you will discover pieces of yourself that have been lost along the way. You may rediscover your courage, faith, joy, or a quiet sense of magic.

Let your magic remind you who you were before the world told you who to be.

Lets remind our little light bringers, and then remind them again, that without question or condition:

They are beautiful.
They are valued.
They are loved.
They are Light.

This practice is more than reflection. It’s reclamation. When you write to your inner child, you gather the threads of you that unraveled under pressure, and you weave them back into wholeness.

You remember your magic. You remember your worth. You remember that ease and joy have always been your natural state.

Your light is eternal, and it’s your time to shine.
