We have to figure out what, and when, to feed ourselves EVERY SINGLE DAY.

It’s like a second job! The foods that are fastest, and easily available destroy our health and make us fat. Foods that are healthy require planning, shopping, preparation, and cook time. In today’s fast-paced world full of busy people, it’s understandable why so many of us choose what’s easy, even though we’d like to choose what’s healthy.

I want people to enjoy their food choices and enjoy greater health!
